You're all most welcome for the Video I uploaded. Thanks for watching.
@ 2Furio - Thanks, but I'm a horrible driver,
, mainly because the Handling is nowhere close to NFSMW, it's more like Porsche Unleashed, and as a result, when I press the Gas Pedal for too long, the car spins out, you see that happen a couple of times in the video.
I've tried to do Reckless driving by simply Smashing at the Traffic (Which has full complete damage) and the environment (Road signs, etc.). By doing so, crashing with these elements gets the police after me. But in MW, you could speed and the police would be after you, here in TDU, only crashing gets the police after you (Or atleast, that's how it is in the demo, because I've heard about some updates in Police Penalty) ...
Unfortunately, I can't get the cops behind me anymore, because the TDU Demo is experiencing problems these days, but whenever the police are back in the repairing process, I'll be sure to give you guys another sweet video, this time featuring the Police.
In the meantime, here's a video of me trying to reach Top Speed in the Gallardo Spyder.
Gallardo Top Speed in HD
Enjoy!

Well, I presume the handling is more realistic, which I can't wait to give it a try.Saeidi wrote:mainly because the Handling is nowhere close to NFSMW, it's more like Porsche Unleashed, and as a result, when I press the Gas Pedal for too long, the car spins out, you see that happen a couple of times in the video.

Because it's a realistic game? Trust me, this game has a lot of interesting little things.xHaZxMaTx wrote:Why is there an odometer?Maybe you can only have your car for a certain number of miles. But that would take years.

Saeidi, again, cool video. That strip of road makes for some great supercar drag races.

Another great video Saeidi, and OMG...what an AWESOME acceleration
Q: Are you using a wheel or a normal game pad and how does the handling look like with a normal game pad ?
Thanks for the videos again, waiting for another great one.

It's pretty obvious to tell there will be a pc and playstation 3 version, the release date on this game will most likely co-inside with the PS3 launch.prince1142003 wrote:the demo's only on XBox live. the game's gonna be out for PC though =D
Or need I remind you what happened with NFS: MW, that was released some time before the XBox 360's release, and yet look what happened : )
Again Saeidi, great video mate, now will you stop making me jealous?
Just kidding, keep the videos up to mate... oh and when possible would you be able to grab me a video of the Pagani Zonda C12S ?

Yes, it's actually a lot more realistic. Like the way Skyline_man said. It's a lot better than PGR3 as well!2furio wrote:Well, I presume the handling is more realistic, which I can't wait to give it a try.
No, you can keep your car until whenever you want, and use it as much as you want. It is just a cool feature that's there, but more importantly, it's helpful online:xHaZxMaTx wrote:Why is there an odometer?Maybe you can only have your car for a certain number of miles. But that would take years.
You see, in E-Trade (The Online TDU Showroom where players Buy, Sell, Trade each other's car(s) and receive points), if one's car has a large mileage on it, it will be much cheaper and worth less than a regular car. It's a sense of realism.
Thanks, I totally agree, I can't wait to take a Pagani, or a Ferrari Enzo on there!2furio wrote:Saeidi, again, cool video. That strip of road makes for some great supercar drag races.
Thanks Skyline_man! Yes, I love the acceleration.Skyline_man wrote:Another great video Saeidi, and OMG...what an AWESOME acceleration
Q: Are you using a wheel or a normal game pad and how does the handling look like with a normal game pad ?
Thanks for the videos again, waiting for another great one.
With a Wheel:
When you drive with the Driving Aids turned off, it's a lot more like a Sim, as you can't turn well without the use of handbrakes, and much better techniques are required for a quick turn. You spin out very easily.
When you drive with the Driving Aids (ON), it's not really arcade-like, but it is definitely much easier to drive. Turning well is possible, You don't spin out as much.
Overall, I liked to drive with the Driving Aids turned off, because I like the more realistic feeling.
With a Game Pad (Controller)
When you drive with the Driving Aids turned off, it's crazy, a lot more like a Sim....but it's a mad world out there! Spinning out is common, turning well is quite impossible, and there's no way to react quickly to certain upcoming crashes!
When you drive with the Driving Aids (ON), oh thank heaven! It's soo much better, like a calm world filled with easily-won races, and quiet driving, it's much different than with a wheel.
Overall, my choice was balanced between the Driving Aids turned off and on with a Controller, because I could have so much fun with them turned off, yet, it was a lot easier to drive with them on.
And Skyline_man, You're most welcome for the videos.
Thanks for your comment. The Gravedigger wrote:Again Saeidi, great video mate, now will you stop making me jealous?

But there is a video of the Pagani Zonda C12S in TDU (and the only one there is), yet strangely enough, it's on my YouTube Profile!
Now, I have a video showing the Lotus Exige, and its Gear Changes (how detailed it truly is). I hope you like it.
Gear Changes in HD
Enjoy!

oh my god... is that pagani video for real? the green grassy expanses, the beautiful waterfall... please tell me you can drive offroad in TDU
the realism, it makes me weep
just curious, what happens when you put the transmission on automatic? is it like NFS where the transmission automatically changes while the gearbox still remains manual, or in TDU does the gearbox actually change to automatic?

And yes, you can drive off-road in TDU.
When you put the Transmission on Automatic, it's exactly like NFS where the transmission automatically changes while the gearbox still remains manual...but I've heard about some updates coming through to make it even more "automatic" like.
