I figured out how to consciously flip your car over several times. What you need to do is make sure you have enough speed, then make a sharp turn either left or right. At the same time, hit the speedbreaker, e-brake, and N2O. This may not work with some keyboards unfortunately, but that's what the video is for! Have fun!
