That is dumb. I know that today, especially in America, where everyone just sues for anything, a burglar with a good layer can win some nadsome compensation, and pay some minor damages out to the victim. Sucks.
If I would have cought someone stealing my car, I don't know if I'd want to jump right in, sometimes they are armed you know. And a piece of metal isn't worth it. Plus I always have full car insurance.
But if it's some kids who want to joy ride I would indeed go beserk. They better not break the window just to steal the changer or something.

we have the same stupid laws over here. My hat goes off to a norfolk farmer named tony martin, 2 drug dealers broke into his farm with knives, so he took out his shotgun, and killed one of the little sods ;) He went to prison, but only for a few weeks because everyone protested, and he appealed, so he was let out

well, I don't think murdering someone in that situation was good...

Know what they did long time ago, like in ancient ages? When they found a killer, they tied his victim to his back very tight, so he couldn't get rid of it. Eventually, the victim killed him back. Talk about fair trial! :P

talk about crime. With all the terrror alerts, I've read that the normal crime rate in major cities in Europe went down by like 30-40%. How about that!

Latest news: As you all know, ive been well and truly done with this bodykit business so far. After almost 5 weeks without a car, ive got another update on it - the front bumper doesnt fit. Another one has been ordered, should arrive next week. Apparently its taken him 5 weeks of messing about with the front to decide it doesnt fit. However, Theyve phoned the company the front came from, and given me £500 compensation for messin me about 8)

Good luck wiv your car, mate!
I saw a veilside supra while on holiday this easter, I was looking at Ferraris and it went buy - the noise the exhaust made was enough to turn anyone's head!! It looked quite good - it was a weird looking greyish-black colour and had loads of decals on it, I felt it had too many and it spoilt it a bit. But you can't knock the kit or the stereo!
When i'm old enough to drive I wouldn't mind a focus or a mini cooper (like in the new Italian Job).
