Heres a tip, start off in 2nd gear, or shift to 2nd at like 10-20mph.Calibra_14 wrote:I have a friend who have a Renault clio with automatic gears and he gets problems with it,but he have a feet with a problem and can't put that feet on clutch(i don't know it's right)
In every Underground series it was automatic, cars handle well
In MW is not the case, you wanna lose the cops but you can't coz the car is sliding.
That just pisses me off.

the dyno is tuning, i miss that level of it from U2. it really gave a depth to tuning that i've never seen in NFS games. you're basically tweaking around in your car to give it some performance gains. one thing that i somewhat disliked was the fact that you could tune your car differently for different modes. that doesnt happen in real life. your car doesn't magically realize what type of race it's in and changes its performance. i hope if Carbon incorporates Dyno tuning, it at least incorporates that part of it as well.

The handling in NFSMW was NOT real. eg.. Taking off in 1st gear, or any gear for that matter and then letting go of the gas.....it just brakes byitself? NO that does not happen in real life, the car will slowly slow down and u will see the revs slowly drop giving u that beautiful deacceleration sound. I hope they fix it.

YEah me to, U2 was lame. there was no diffirence between FWD, RWD or AWD cars in terms of handling. the only thing you noticed with a AWD is that it was alot faster of the line at a start.
U2 was boring when it comes to diffirence between cars.
And sliding with a AWD or RWD car at the start is logical and more realistic. but it was easy not to if you used manual gears, just shift up as soon as you are moving. and on consoles you could choose not to floor it at the start wich it nothing more then logical.
ooh and even in automatic mode you could reduce it.. just don't blow the engine into the rev limiter as soon as the countdown starts start to rev in the last second and you will notice that your car is alot faster of the line and also it will not slide as much.
I really hope that what EA is telling is true, abit more realistic handling for each class but not enough to loose the fun factor. but more sim than MW and alot more then U2 is pretty wanted IMO
It is pretty clear that some people here are well under the legal age to drive a car....

drive it before u get a license, but be very carefull
i hope that each of the 3 car classes will differ in driving, muscle should be fast, and throw their backs into corners, more "rude" drifiting , exotics should be very fast with pleasure cornering, and not the alst tuners should be also fast, with better improvements on each tuning part ... i think the cars will have nice handling, what i`ve saw on the videos, they can handle preety good the cars, and the movies are filmed from the consoles, we all know that consoles differ from PCs. i really liked the handbrake corners, the handbrake really throwed the back of the cars
