Here we go with the fuel efficient crap again...Sweet-16 wrote: just because they're american doesn't mean they aren't able to be classified as exotic. the new Z06s have 505bhp; 35 less than a murcielago, but also much more fuel efficient than a murcielago.

The pricetag is the definition!

That's what keeps modern Corvettes out of the exotics class!
And on the subject... These days i saw a Mercedes SLR McLaren, it had quite wide rear tires.

@ GT3x24x7: Not consider a BMW a supercar? The M6 and M5 both have 507 hp! That's 7 hp more than the Lamborghini Gallardo SE, which is no doubt a supercar.
@ vanyots: The pricetag isn't necasarily the definition, because if you won a Porsche in a draw, would you consider that Porsche to be priced as free, making it not a supercar? And we are not talking about what are 'exotic' cars, we are talking about supercars, cars with many horses under the hood. I agree that Corvettes are not exotic, but they are definetly supercars.

The Gallardo SE has 520 bhp
the normal Gallardo has 500.
There is a fine line between a Supercar and a Exotic.
A exotic can be a supercar but not alsways is, and a supercar is not always a exotic.
I consider a BMW M5 or a M6 not a exotic, I do like them alot (love the prev gen M5) They are in their own class of cars, I personally don't consider them exotics. a supercar is closer but I'm not sure if it fits the bill perfectly. cause they are still huge luxury cars wich have a huge engine.
A corvette would be a supercar, it is a true sportscar with alot of power.

I know this isnt a supercar , but its quite a funny lil story ....
Me and my mate , Dave were walking around at about 1am as usual . We were just having alil chat and chillin out . We were in mid conversation when I just stopped . Dave was unaware of this and carried on walking . 50 yards down the road he turns around . Only to find me just gorping at this Evo VIII parked out side the bakery . It took him 10 minutes to get me to move on lol
