just think of the system requirements increase that would give.. playing vids from outside the game would use up cpu, ram and whatnot

i dont think that would be a good idea

In-game advertising sounds rather perplexing. If they put the Scion XA comercial somewhere in their that would be no problem, other than that I really don't know.

Like Abrams said, if their are ads for Alpine, Castrol Syntec and the like then I have no problem with it.

If ads that are put into the game add money to EA and allow for a better quality game then I'm all for it. I have no issue with ads because they don't affect the game play in any way.

Well, they did say that the ads would be dynamic. So I was wondering, wouldn't that make the game more system resource hungry??

Not only that but you will also waste internet bandwidth...I'll do everything in my power to stop these damn ads. Isn't enough that I see ads during my favourite show or movie...

What? You mean game will download new ads from the net? Then its certainly not acceptable. Makes game sometime like 'fancy adware'.

Prolly no network play for me as ill shut down my connection during play then.

I didn't know that the game will download ads from the internet...In one way it is interesting, at least you won't get bored of the ads...but the ad ideea still sucks...
EA always comes up with new ideas and at least 1of them is stupid ...it happens all the time...

Anyway I still love this game

sorry, but i dont know how it will affect the game works. maybe stupid and pointless, but if you dont try to find them just to make a complaint while playing it wont bother anyone.

point is not in looking for ads. point is that game will act like an ad-ware and dl onto your PC various advertisements.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned this:
In an interview after or close to the MW launch...didn't a developer at EA say that they will try to incorporate downloadable content for future NFS games? So far, I haven't seen any hint of this yet...

That would be great if they did it with carbon and upcoming games. Like i havn't played nfsmw for a long time. But when u could import vinyl i began playing again. it would extend the endurance of the game. if you know what i mean

I hope that if the demo is not release on the 3rd, they will optimize it until the end of september.

There is no demo on the 3rd...it's been said countless times! This is really getting on my nerves...it was just a rumour which was put down by smoothie...

I think they should put more energi on the full game, rather than the demo.

I almost got a feeling that they have worked more on the demo....

yeah and thats because people will play the demo first and then decide if they want to buy the game or not and if the demo si full of bugs and glitches, the game wont sell as much
