@ enzo.ph: In Canada (Alberta to be specific), I'm allowed to drive if someone with a full license sits next to me, cause we can get our 'learner's license' at 14.

I don't think even 16 year olds should be allowed to drive, let alone a 14 year old!

In Australia, we start to drive when we're 16, but you must have a driver with a full licence always sitting next to you. This level is also called 'Learner's Licence'. After this (17yrs old or so) you get your 'Red/Green' P's, which is when you're allowed to drive by yourself but you have speed restrictions and can't drive performance vehicles of any sort.

Ever hear of camera flash? It's nothing new. Even cameras in the 1940's had flash bulbs.

I was holding the camera about 2 feet from my face.
