Use the circular marqee tool to round off the edges, then select the rest of the sig, except the parts you want deleted, obviously, invert selection, and delte it.

That's they way I would have done it, anyway.

I would have to say the same. I can't tell what it is. Although it does look like some sort of soldier from F.E.A.R.
