The online magazine 1UP posted an exclusive screenshot of 2 new cars in NFSC that havent been announced yet, the 2 cars are Koenigsegg CCX & Nissan 240 SX.

It looks like the 240 has some custom headlights

I sure hope that at least tuners would have the option to change their "eyes"

and CCX looks sweet also.

Anyways...nice to see the Koenigsegg finally. Don't really care about the 240SX. Hopefully you won't be able to take the Clio or a crappy tuner car and to actually have a chance against a Koenigsegg...but knowing EA...anything's possible...

No neons by the looks of things, none shown in any vid or screenie released till date, apart from the first vid with all the lights popping out from the darkness. but yeah, kinda miss the neons a little, added more flare to tuners (not ricin!!).
