I'm pretty sure that's pretty close to the final official car list...but why is the Alfa Romeo an exotic?

What would you put it as? I put it as an Exotic because it's not a Muscle, and it didn't look like a Tuner. To me, it's probably a low class Exotic.

They're the same car. The Turbo S is built on the Carrera design, so it's apt to call it a 911 Carrera Turbo S.

Well isn't it a tuner? It's an European tuner car. It's exaxtly on the same level as the Renault Clio V6. And I was thinking that the Viper and Ford GT would be muscle cars...It would be interesting to see how EA will classify the cars in the end...

About the Brera...it all depends on which model EA will have in...the concept version or the production version. The concept could be identified as a low-class exotic but the production version is definately not an exotic. I've heard people say the production version does not drive as sporty as it looks and it is definately not as fast as it looks.

Brera Concept:
Engine: 90º V 8
Power: 400 bhp / 298 KW @ 7000 rpm

Brera Production:
Engine: 60º V 6
Power: 260 bhp / 194 KW @ 6200 rpm

The Ford GT and Dodge Viper are very rare cars to be seen on the streets. My classification was done in that manner: the rare cars went into exotics. Anyways, it really will be interesting to see how the car classification is done in the end.

The current model of the Brera made it's debut in 2005. The game has the 2006 model. You're most likely right, it'll probably be a Tuner.

Anyways, it's pointless to speculate what EA thinks... we'll just have to wait and see.

Just to throw the moggy among the winged vermin; shouldn't the Corvette Z06 be an Exotic instead of a tuner? I would swap this and the Brera round, then I think you are pretty much spot on.

I don't know if there is a clue that there will be 2 Porsche 911's, EA did mention the 911 in the credits but not wich version, and did mention Carrera but a big chance it is the Carrera GT they mean with that.
It could very well be that we will get the same 2 911's back from MW.
But I got a feeling we will only see 1 911.

ooh and the Porsche 911 Carrera Turbo (s) does not exist.
the Carerra is always has a NA engine.
That is why the 911 Carrera versions will have have Carrera (4(S)) on the back. and a 911 Turbo, the Turbo badge on the back.

i think the number of muscle car is too little when compared against the other 2 car class.

i think we will get the mw gto again because ea said they are going to use the same police car in carbon...which is a bad thing.

and plz no AI cheating

I saw those a couple of days back...I swear, I thought they were the exact same packshots as the EU versions...wow...first I couldn't see the damage on the Nissan 240SX and now I can't differentiate between 2 different packshots...

Layering is back, that's for sure. How many layers is still debatable. I'm going to go with 3: bottom, middle, and top.

3 layers is good enough for me, i cant wait till the carbon showroom is up and running we are going to see some very cool cars IMO. its starting to seem like there is going to be more customization possibilities than UG2, UG2 had something like 80 million possibilities and i wonder if carbon is going to have more or less

There might be four vinyl layers, but I really don't know. As least now you can layer them, unlike MW.

Back to Brera topic. I think EA's gonna put it in exotic. Just think: each class needs a starter car, it's easy to pick one for tuners (i.e. Golf) bit harder for muscles (maybe Camaro?), but for exotics? Starting the game with Lambo? It would be realy stupid so I think they're gonna make Brera starter car for exotic because it rather aint tuner and definitly not muscle ;)
