Just a few weeks ago me and my sister computer didn't get any connection from the router. so he checked the router that was fine, but the wireless card died. Any way to solve this problem? any amount of help would help :D

Make sure that the settings on your wireless card matches the settings on the router. IE, make sure that secirity settings match, wireless mode is enabled, and that they're both set to the same mode and channel.

If and when you get a new card, check for any devices that may be interfering with the wireless signal from the router. I've seen a microwave, a TV, even a cordless phone render a wireless connection unusable. It's all a matter of finding the right channel for your signal that has the least interference.

You could:

a) Put the CD that came with the card into your CD drive and push the button

-or-

b) Go to the manufacturer's website.

Most manufacturers have driver installation suites available on their website. Download the latest. Then, using the Device Manager, uninstall your current graphics card. You will now need to reboot your PC. On reboot, Windows will say "New Hardware Found" and start the wizard. Cancel the wizard and run the file you downloaded from the internet.

I had a similar problem with my pc, combined with frequent freezing and pixelation similar to that of an over-overclocked PC. Then it died. The cause was the fan on my GPU #1 dying; I got a full refund, sold the other GPU and bought 2x 7800GS cards.
Not alot of help with a laptop tho.

Continuos short beeps?

That could be
1) No Power (faulty psu)
2) Loose Card (check that all pci(e)/agp card are fitted propely)
3) Short (loose or broken cable, loose ram stick)

Or (with a different bios chip)
1) Repeating (endless loop) (memory error, check for improperly seated or missing memory)

The shadows in my game are screwed up(unreal tournament 2004), look at the screenshot and tell me if you know what might be causing the black lines around people. And I dont really remember but I think its like that in Americas Army so maybe its a gfx card problem.

Catalyst 6.9 is the latest official drivers. I don't know which version of Catalyst the latest NGO drivers are based off of, but the latest Omega Drivers are based off of Catalyst 6.7.

Ok a really n00bish question but pls...i really need to know this..

Is a 3.4 DualCore processor better then the intel Core2Duo E6300 ( 1.86 Ghz )
in performance stats...

Also if a game says it needs minimum 2Ghz processor speed ...and u have the
Core2Duo E6300 ...which is only 1.86Ghz...does that mean it cant play the game??

The whole clockspeed deal is irrelevant as the E6300 can easily beat the AM2 4200+ (running at 2.2GHz) and even in some benchmarks beating the 5000+ (running at 2.6GHz if I remember right), and these are for games.
If you do get the E6300 you'll have by far one of the best CPUs for overclockability as it's shown here.
