The way I see it, I also agree that Carbon is like an UG3 if you have looked at how the different storylines connect.

I would like to see another Highstakes game or something like that, maybe a HP3.. doesn't matter as long as it has cops and its enjoyable.

MW didnt have a proper damage system, it was only scratches, apperently Carbon should have body damage.

I don't agree with you, well if it was just in the race I would accually like it. But if you had to pay to repair you're damage it would ruin the game imo

I would have to say that Most Wanted was Underground 3.

Just like Need for Speed IV was called High Stakes. But it was still the fourth one.

I would consider Carbon to be as close to UG3 that we will get. It is back to nighttime racing, it has more focus on tuning, and features drift again. IMO UG2 focused too much on the tuning anyway, hopefully auto-scuplt wnt take focus away from the racing.

Imo:

Hot pursuit
Hot pursuit 2
Most Wanted = Hot pursuit 3

Underground
Underground 2
Carbon = Underground 3

A U3 would be cool, with 50 tuners and real bodykits that are fully customizable.

No, really. I loved high stakes. Especially if the graphics would be like in HP2 or U1, then it would be perfect.
If the original tracks would be kept, that would also be awsome. :D

Would be wonderful to get the tracks with todays graphics.

I like classics and I like the new ones. Can't say which's better, both good. For me they're totaly different games series and should both have new games a year. But they would need more ppl to manage that so it's not much to expect.

lol....

I'd just say that MAYBE can be a U3, maybe....with a sophiticated autosculpt thing and finally the interior tunning....
interior tuning.. that would step everything in customization up!! :D :D

I don't really see the apeal in interior customization.

I only see ricer parts like huge tacho's on the dashboards and other gauges placed everywhere, and not to forget the loads of TFT screens on the car, and not to forget all the other ricer stuff like a chome shifter with lights in it and awfull stuff like that, and not to forget a chome steeringwheel that is has a uncomfortable shape and is way to small.
some stuff I can live with, and I can even live with usefull gauges (still a game so usefull not exactly the right word)
but a set of racing seats in cars that don't have good seats.

But imagine, a Porsche carerra GT that got a virtual makeover by a 13yo ricer.
Outside: huge ugly bodykit, and a awfull color, some ugly dragon as vinyl and a rear wing that came streight from the Boeing factory and not to forget some 20" bling bling giovanna's
Inside: a chome skull as shifter (with flashing red eyes ofcourse) some yellow racing seats (instead of the extremely expensive seats porsche put it
a ugly chome steeringwheel, 25 gauges so you can watch your voltage on 3 gauges at the same time. and ofcourse 5 LCD sceens to fill up the interior and some neons to light it all up.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah the horror!

Interior would really be a huge step though then again if that was on any NFS game they would have to really put in interior view or just make the game on PC and Xbox 360 and Xbox and PS3 so then you can see the Tacho Needles moving and dashboard lights ya no the good stuff well for most people :)

underground sucks, driving at night that you can't see your car clearly, stupid bodykits even managed to ruin the shape of the already ugly supercar wanna be crapy cars. the game physics is a joke, game play bug after bug. stupid drifting things even too easy to be called a no-brainer.

Whoa, take it easy, it's not all that bad and I think I saw somewhere in a screen or a movie racing at daylight. And I like drifting.

Jeez man your taking your video games way to seriously. If you are going to complain about night-time racing, crappy physics, and everything else in the game, why play it? Why would the hundreds of NFS fans that use this site to discuss the game want to hear someone complain about the game? You want a day-light game with proper physics, try Forza or the V8 Supercars series.

What I'd want to see is something more a cross between Porsche and Carbon. Full series races from Porsche, the driver mode from Porsche, but a huge selection of cars (Hello? We need more German metal and less rice! A proper M3 wouldn't go amiss, nor would an old-school Quattro). The Carbon class system, but with the ablility to download and replace cars with official OE stuff from EA. And finally, no more damn drag racing!

Drag is OK for me, I just hate those n00bs using "Infinite N2O & Speed Wharp trianers".
