Cross vinyl

while I was going along thus website looking for a specific vinyl, I came across Cross's vinyl and I thought maybe I should put it in, problem is that I can't put it in as it wont show up!
how do I make it show up?

First U must have MWTex;
Open with right click the corvette textures;
Search for the unique vinyl and the mask;
Run MW and that's all

yeah well its not there when I open it! as in its not the correct file name.
never mind, I found an alternative

you have to rename the vinyl and replace it with other vinyl!
