NFS Carbon Unlocks

I've been seeing too many posts about "How do I unlock..."

Hopefully, this thread will serve as a repository for the information, which can later be added to the wiki.

If you know how to unlock certain things, be it anything, please post here.

And if a mod has any problems with this idea, please feel free to let me know in a PM.

thank you... i also read it in so many topics... apparently about 2/3 of the cars cant be unlocked on ps2 or xbox...

To Unlock any Teir 3 Car... You need to start beating races in the top (red) area... THats were the Vipers, SKylines, Lambo's, etc, are...

OK here it is, straight from the horses mouth.
If you start with Exotic:
Louts Elise- Capture Ocean View in Fortuna
Renault Clio V6- Capture Historic Chinatown in Downtown
Porsche Cayman S- Capture Mason District in Downtown
Mitsubishi Eclipse- Capture Old Quarter in Downtown
Ford Mustang GT- Capture Kempton Holdings in Kempton
Mercedes SL65AMG- Capture Morgan Beach in Kempton
Vauxhall VXR- Capture The Projects in Kempton

I have the entire list of which cars are unlocked from which section, as well as which specific races unlock bodykit packages, performance etc. If you need anything at all, PM me, and I will have it to you ASAP

The MR2 can only be unlocked by playing online...
The 911 GT3.....It seems impossible to get.....cuz we have to beat an EA moderator.....

Been browsing the forums for a while and decided to post here.

I mean seriously WTF are EA up to? Whats the point in listing out a huge number of cars in the game if they aren't going to make them unlockable to EVERY user regardless of what console or pc they use or whether they use the online capabilities. I know I sure didn't touch the net with the ps2 and I doubt I will with a 360.

Seems complete bollocks that a producer like EA can brag about all their various additions to the NFS title only to make it a right ass to get hold of them.

Are the people at EA not quite clued up or have they yet to evolve? I know this all seems rather abusive and serious but come on, what sort of company promotes something only to have the key selling points not available to people? Retarded.

I was quite enjoying the thought of a modifying an older MR2 but now it's mentioned you can only unlock it playing online, doubt it will happen. GG EA, you farked up again

Good start there. Does anyone know about the tuner side of things? Where abouts do the tier 3 cars come in? skline, 350z and supra for example. Are these unlockable through racers or challenges?

That is pretty freaking retarded. You get to drive the Roadrunner, the Europa S, and a couple of other cars in the Challange Series, but you have to go online to unlock them. That makes me freaking angry, cause I'm playing the Xbox version. EA sucks nuts...and I want the effing 240SX!!
