Dont worry about it buddy, we're all still learning. For what its worth, 'APEX' usually concern themselves with the handling set-ups of cars, and I believe they also offer ECU units. (Although that may actually be APEX'i).mayhemation wrote:Grez~Supra_RZ-S
hahaha.... my bad. I know very little about cars, just writing from what I have heard from my fellow work mates, they are all into customising their cars. I just model them in 3D
As you may have read I am a Lancer boy myself and would love to buy the new Evolution
If you want an Evolution, look into the III, theyre amazing cars for the money. Although I may well steal it from you.

I think its APEX'I
Same company really.
Hmm, its just occurred to me. Why do we have a topic specifically for skylines, when most topics set up to cater for one manufacturer, let alone one car, usually get locked and deleted?

And M3s aren't?steelsnake00 wrote:Good. Skylines are unoriginal, plasticy, ugly and very, very, very overrated.
Keeping with the topic, the only skyline I would ever bother to drive would be the R32 series, end of story.

Its been ruined by fanboys. So has the Supra, RX7, M3, M5, Austin Allegro...
Seriously, not liking a car because its popular is dumb. Nearly every car in history has been popular at some point or another (even some VWs!).
The Skyline is in now way over-rated. Over-priced...well, I could understand your reasoning behind that. But then again, unless you own a B18C equipped Civic hatch, or a Fox Mustang that runs sub-9 second quarters, then no-one can really moan about bang-for-buck.

Skylines arent overrated or even underpowered! Because I've heard they only have 231hp, which isnt true! Because when I was in Raleigh about 2 years ago I met a man who owned a stock white 1999 Skyline GTR-34 with 456Hp, which means it can reach top speeds up to 190+ Stock!
P.S
If you havent noticed, the Skyline is my all time favourite car.

Thats BS on an unprecedented level. Stock, the GTR has been known to dyno at around the 315bhp level, up to the 350 level depending on year (the R34, namely). However, the highest stock output was rated at 420bhp, from an R34 Nur edition.Devildog113 wrote:Skylines arent overrated or even underpowered! .
Skyline GTRs have never been rated at 230bhp, but 280bhp, the same as the Supra, RX7, 3000GT, 300ZX...the closest to dyno to that was the RX7 with 276bhp (280PS). All the rest dyno'd higher.
