NFS Carbon Video Contest

AS you know there is an ongoing official need for speed carbon remix contest. My firend and I made this video

We made this video in abt 12hrs with LOTS of technical difficulties (thanks Adobe for all the bugs

) so the quality and effects are not as good as thay could be.

If you have any comments or suggestions do not hesitate to submit them as we are making a second video with some funny bugs.

And of course do not forget to vote on you favourite video!

It was the hard part cause there were none in the game

We used Fraps to record it. One of us was cameraman (me

) and greg did the driving.

If you want to make your own video here are some tips:

1. You got abt 30-40 secs before EA server begins to lag if you are standing still. So choose a spot first and then record. This is also a mayor setback beacause all spots must be max 25 secs from start of the track. Thanks EA!
2. All HUD off - pretty obvious

3. Still shots are pretty easy - hardest ones are dynamic shots (especially where you see front of the car) cause cameraman doesn't see where he is going

4. Do not COMPRESS vidoes. We made this mistake and had a lot problems with uncompressing them again.

We are also plan to recod synchro driving (3-4 cars drifting etc) but first we need to finish the bugs video which will be substantialy longer

And we don't know if it is doable - thanks EA for lots of lag out there!
