You could be coming down with a virus
Virus pandemic is coming down to Need for Speed Carbon for Xbox 360 this weekend which means you will finally be able to get those achievements unlocked. The Knockout Fever, Canyon Craze, Pursuit Pandemic and The Carbon Plague viruses will be transmitted by playing versus affected players.

There are a few achievements where you have to race certain players that have a "virus". This virus isn't bad and won't hurt anything. Its just some little thing EA decided to add.
In order to get these viruses, and unlock the achievement, you have to race these players. I'm not sure if you have tow in, but you have to race them to become "infected". I'm not sure if this is strictly Xbox Live or not, but thats the scoop.

so it wont wreck my PC if i get "infected"?GT3x24x7 wrote:No, by virus they mean it's a 'virus' you as an online player can catch from another infected player, just by racing against them. Then, when you race other players, they catch the virus too, and so it spreads. The only effect they have is to unlock some reward card achievements.
