Why did you have to make it such a hard choice, I love both of them. However, the RX-7 wins me over, because of those beautiful curves, especielly the series 7 or 8. The 350Z is fairly good in performance compared to it, especially the Track version, but from what I've read it doesn't seem as refined.

If I had to choose a specific model, it would have to be the 2002 Spirit R in the standard grey. Awesome looks, the grey definitely suits it:
