I would suggest working on getting the colors to match and finding body kits on images that are roughly the same size as your current image, that way when transforming it wan't distort and get blurry.

Combining tools such as burn, dodge, paint, polygonal lasso, smudge, and eraser you can make it look like the kit was always there.

mess with blending options, try multiply/overlay/softlight

if its not clear enough after this change, just duplicate the layer and mess with opacity settings if needed

This site may help you out a great deal when you work on your car chops.

most of those tuts are very misleading and show the WRONG thing to do....

Get MSN and take private tuts with someone really good, thats what I do

There's no wrong way to chop. Some people just use different methods than others.

It's not wrong, it's just a different method than what you use. Driv2Slow wants to know how to add realistic vinyls and that site shows a simple and effective way of doing it.

I admit its a great way to start, but if you want to go advanced you have to look into some better tuts ("Naj" on the DM forums made a great brushing tut)

What did you do? Looks like all you did was recolour it and replace the stock bumper with a lower quality bumper from the same car. :|
