NFS Most Wanted: Question about 'Shop Special' Mod/Save File

I looked around and couldnt find anything about this so was wondering if anyone knows what's up.

The File is

Shop Special 1.0
Author: Steffi240690
Description: With this tool you can add the bonus and special cars to the shop in carreer mode.

In the File it says

Notes:
The backup will be made as with the Car Replacer.
The following fixing of the checksum still has to be done with the savegame-editor!

Anyone know how to "fix the checksum" in the Savegame editor?
Hope someone knows what's up I wanted to try this file.

Download the program named Savegame-editor and use it to fix the checksum.

Ya got the Savegame Editor already with that file, but how do I "fix the checksum"?

Tools -> Fix.

You should also replace the cd-key in the savegame with the cd-key in your registry. Red=bad, black=good.
