Look for tutorials online. They're everywhere. A quick search on google is sure to help you loads.

In Sketchup you can always do 'File / Export / 3D Model / (choose 3ds)' and it is exported

Ok i made a LCD Monitor in 3DS Max 7 and i need some texturing and environment rendering and i want to know who can do this?
Just tell me what you need and i will give it to you (if you accept of course) [i am using "you" to refer to the one who accepts].

Texturing? can't you just open Material Editor and then erh... click some button (i forgot which pfff) and it opens a screenie on the right that shows somewhat like a directory-list and choose bitmap and import bitmap? Atleast thats how i thought it works... hmmm mebbe prince knows hehe

I don't need Texturing anymore i just need an Environment.
Also how do you make something reflect cuz i want the frame of the Screen to reflect light or something like that, Or is this step done in Environment Rendering?

I don't know how to do it in Sketchup, but in 3DS Max you hike the specular level and glosiness of the material.

finally done rendering! The bridgestone logo isn't perfectly bend, but it looks quite ok to me =) i rendered it in very high poly but i suck at the innerside of the rim =P if anyone wants to have a 3Ds of it, i can export it in medium poly *nods*

Looks gud except the logo is too sharp on such a model. Just looks like you pasted it on in Photoshop.

extrude the text and apply chamfer to the edges, or better yet apply a bevel to it.

I am still figuring out how to work with it (i am using 3DS Max 7) so if you could tell me how to make a reflaction map i would be grateful.
EDIT: I found out how here is the result:

Ah, your spokes aren't evenly spaced apart. And the geometry on the two top spokes seem s a little smooshed.

Try adding meshsmooth once or twice more. It looked really smooth in the wireframe, but it's horrendously low-poly in the render.
