Help Needed!!!

Hey,

I'm wanting to access heat level 7,8,9,10+

With hex editors I know it can be done, I've seen a few posts by people who know a bit about hex editting explaining how this can be done.

I've tried and tried but I've failed.

If anyone knows how I can modify the heat level to make it more challenging please explain how... or if someone has already modified their saved game so that they have heat level 10+ would you mind posting it?

Even if you do, it'll automatically go down to level 5 as soon as a chase starts. Not only that, any heat level over 5 is exactly the same as 5, there is no difference. Only in the Black Edition Camaro Challenge is there a heat level 6 that is actually more challenging than heat level 5.
