which brings another reminder to get rid of the bugs...one of the "bugs" is that when hitting a pursuit breaker, and it shows the cut-scene, you may end up going across the spikes without noticing, and those still count (even though you can pass through cars during the "moment" of the pursuit-breaker being used, spikes can still get you)

Interesting point, I never really noticed that. Another unrealistic aspect to the pursuit breakers is how even though a police cruiser is right behind you when you activate the breaker, it gets disabled, and cars quite far behind the pursuit breaker get disabled too, even though they never get touched by it.

ok just an idea, but how about taking cars, parts, and engine from a junkyard. and if that was possible, ea would have to do engine swaps with same manfuacutre, just diiferent engine. and when your in the junkyard, your acutally in a persons view and finding parts. and a there's a scale on the side from 0-100%. 90-100%: little milage and no rust and still in good condiition. and think the rest is pretty much self explanatory

That's getting too much into an RPG. NFS is supposed to be a racing game, but if they continue going away from the main racing idea, NFS will suck big time. Games like Gran Turismo 5 when it comes out will be amazing racing games, because they are extremely realistic simulators and stick to the legal racetracks with low - high performance vehicles.

I agree with that, McLaren, that the "online" portion of the game should have a total free roam, and you could even "meet" new people to challenge or to participate in races by roaming around. When you get within distance, you honk your horn, and the other person will see an icon "[driver] wishes to chat" or something like that.

Yes, but EA should know when to stop going too far. The game might end up like a combination of a social-networking/racing game, and though that might be interesting, it would require a lot of effort, time, money, and brains for a company to produce a game like that. It's a great idea for a game, but EA will never have enough time or brains to make it.

I for one wish they put in a character maker! because it is kind of sexist for EA just to presume that some of us NFS gamers are guys! (I'm a dude myself). But I'm speaking for some female friends of mine who are tired of the NFS games presuming that they are guys! But they also need the following
1. More cars (Tuners, Muscles, and Exotics)
2.Ability to get out of your car to go into buildings that have parts or cash hidden in them.
3.More customization(more cool EA created parts but also real aftermarket body kits and spoilers!)
4.Better drifting physics like the one in The Fast and The Furious Tokyo Drift game
5.All cars must be fully customizable! None of this pre tuned hose crap!
6.Every system next gen and current gen must have all of the same cars!
7.Character creator!
8.Real Cities instead of made up ones
9.Bring back the replay feature so we can record our games.
10.More everyday drivers EX:97 Civic, sentra, 03 WRX STI, Mazda speed, 04 Dodge Neon SRT4, Cobalt SS
11.More Nissans! EX: Skyline R33, Silvia S15, Silvia S14, 180SX, 300ZX TT, Sentra SE-R Spec V, G35.

Why would you want that takes the fun out of driving but its what you wantDevildog113 wrote: 2.Ability to get out of your car to go into buildings that have parts or cash hidden in them.

I want EA to come to Australia and maybe base somethings about Australia like the Perth city or sumthin that would be kewl and its big with highways so it makes it even better

Many users have asked for similar request, but i think most of them are extremely far-fetched...i mean getting out of the car and roaming about just dosent sound Need For Speed enough..imorace_invader wrote:Why would you want that takes the fun out of driving but its what you wantDevildog113 wrote: 2.Ability to get out of your car to go into buildings that have parts or cash hidden in them.![]()

In the case of the career mode, I can see why there isn't a character creator. The latest two installments were following the story of someone who I'll just call "The Racer With No Name." Because he doesn't have one. In my idea for NFS11, there's six different characters for both the "Story" and "Crunch" careers (the latter has races that are more intense, and you don't get to customize your car as much, but it's for those who just want to shut up and race). In the Online, that is where character-generator makes sense. Also, if they decide to completely drop all stories and "return to the roots", then it too would make sense even for single-player.
