My advice to you, Carcrazy, before you get too far is to decide whether you want the top of the car or the bottom, because cutting off the windows of a car doesn't really look good IMO for the kind of sigs you are doing. Another suggestion is maybe make it smaller, and simple is good so don't make too complicated a background that the viewer's attention gets drawn away from the main attraction.

I don't know, I've been working on the Evo for about a week now, I just made the avatar 5 minutes ago because I was bored and figured it would look cool. Tho it doesn't, it needs a background.
EDIT: But when I'm done the Evo Sig will look nice, I still have to add smoke, fix the parts of pictures I missed eracing, slow the frames down, add in text, stuff like that.

Carcrazy, I have a great idea for you if you want to keep the animation and the viewer's attention. Try just making the tires spin or something to create the smoke, but leave the car in the same position. It will look great, and it won't be too distracting to anyone. Not to mention it will be a whole lot easier to do.

Ya, I'm gonna add smoke... and tires spinning would be a cool thing to try... I would have to duplicate the layers, rotate or motion blur them then erase the corners down so that only the tire is on the duplicated layer, the I could merge them together...Porsche-AG wrote:Carcrazy, I have a great idea for you if you want to keep the animation and the viewer's attention.
