If it was a Z1000 you really should have bought it. They are fun bikes to ride and fun bikes to customize. Mine is a 2-stroke from 1977, the Z650 is from 1979. They are pretty old but still popular, most people who own one are building streetfighters from them. Also for 120 bucks it's a pretty good deal for one that still runs. You can't even find a non-running one here for that money, +/- 1500euro's for a running one and between 350 and 750euro's for a non-running (depends on the condition of the bike).
This is how a normal z1000 would look like:

This is just a example, the one i have was originally red to start with. You also have it in kawasaki green (their trade mark) and some other colors.

You haven't been alive long enough and haven't looked at enough pictures to know that they make bikes of quite a few different colors.evilmegamonkey wrote:Kawasaki actually made something that doesnt come in JUST green?Dragon-of-Rune wrote:Mine does have the original red paint on it, like most of them have.

Tis true, your model doomed the Celica to be forever viewed as a girls car from it onwards

I beg your pardon? The Celica never was, is, or will be a 'girls car'FloridaMarlinz wrote:And you my friend drive a girls car

Being a mechanic, I drive a lot of different cars and I could name many that are more girly/less fun to drive than a Celica.
I might be coming into some money soon ($1,000), and I've had my eye on a Logitech G25 for quite some time. A very close eye... like, I've been stalking it. OH MY GOD I WANT IT!!
It would certainly make playing GTR2 a helluva lot more fun. I also plan on getting Test Drive Unlimited to use it with.
