problem with my vinyls

ive tried to make some vinyls and i did it. i did everything like they said in tutorial and im sure that ive done it good, but there is no change in game... i think the problem is in game, that is getting information about vinyls from CD (ive got it in BIN on HD), but it makes no sense. if game is still going from CD than what for install it on HD and tke 1 GB?! i would like too make more vinyls but i cant preview them in game... some one can help?

i ges you dint save the file in bintex, or maybe you just dont find them in game...

yeah i know that im dumb, but i never though that so much... i thought that the file is automaticly written when im closing BIN-TEX :/ whatever... thanks man

;) my first, now i have the tire change in tiburion but im working on JPG of it... after that i plan tuning neon and than some bigger vinyls...
