Sorry been a way for a while. But did anyone catch the article on Wired's website about the new iPhone? It's going to cost you like $6000 over a period of 2 years if you get the advanced model.

I have no clue what a phone costs, I get it for free with my phonecontract so I don't look at the prices, I can get most of the phones for free, only the very expensive ones are not free I had to play like 100 E for the N95 and for other expensive phones.

but I do have to say I got a Business contract with Vodafone so I get more for free then a normal contract.
And I do admit that Nokia is pretty expensive compared to other phones in what you get in terms of functions etc.

That depends on what you pay each month. I'm not sure how it goes there in the US?

Or you just got plain ripped off. A RAZR doesn't cost jack shiznit.

The basic Motorola Razr V3 is now about $150 bucks unlocked with no contract. If you get it on contract, they give you the phone for free, hell...I think they'll give you two of 'em.

You can actually get a brand new Motorola RAZR V3 with $150 in free gifts for about $105.

V3m. The phone was suposed to be like $60 (in-store) but those hidden charges got me. But I'd rather pay those when I get the phone than when I get my bill

Well, for the $150, you get an unlocked phone with absolutely no contract. As a result, you will be able to use any plan on it from your local service provider.

Ok....I don't think I've asked this but which phone do you think is the best? And by the best I mean, good signal/coverage, quality signal, decent camera (at least 2 MP), and does not crash...oh and it must have a microSD slot...

Well I've researched for hours (literally) these past couple weeks and I've come to the conclusion that the Samsung E900 (Which I should be ordering once I'm sure the shipping date will not conflict with my vacation) is the best and most affordable choice for me.

Some features it has:
-2 MP camera
-MicroSD Card slot
-Slide, thin design
-Good quality, most reviews rate it quite high for a slide phone
-Extremely affordable high-end phone for about $220 USD which includes shipping off of eBay

But that's just my 2 cents.

Should I get either a Sidekick ID or a RIZR?

Which RIZR? The Z3 or Z6 wouldn't be the best choice, and the Z8 is still quite new and pricey. I'm not sure about many details about the Sidekick ID, so you probably shouldn't rush into the decision right away.

Samsung U600, with a 3.2MP camera and a slim slide design (10.9mm). :)

Comes in black, red, blue and gold. My friend got the gold. :)

I don't like Samsung cellphones but the Nokia E65 is nice. Sucks it's so expensive though ($500 CDN + tax and shipping).

Yea, the E65 is expensive for such basic features. But just to tell you 2F, in Singapore, the price of the E65 and the SGH-U600 is EXACTLY the same. If I were you I'd try out something new and go for the Samung, 'cuz it's much more worth it.

That's my two cents.. :)

Well, the Samsung U600 is cheaper than the Nokia (the U600 is about 400 compared to Nokia's 500 price tag) but I dunno...for some reason, I just don't like Samsung's style and it just looks cheap...

However, I think I found my phone:
Image
The LG Shine KE770

It's cheaper than the LG Shine KE970 slider but still has the same nice features. It's about $340 plus tax and shipping.

Yes,it has...and 80 mb internal memory.

But ,if u want a cellphone with slider ,u can view this: Image
or this: Image

First is a LG U-400 and second Samsung D900.

But if u want a thin telephone,try a Motorola SLVR L7e ImageImage

If u don”t like them,i will search for others...just tell me what brand do u like.

Do u want a clasic phone or a slider one?just tell me ur preferences and I will search for ur suitable cellphone.I can find everything about cellphones.Try me!:D

I found another slider. It”s an LG M6100,but I don”t think that u will like it cuz it hasn”t memory slot.ImageThe design is good, but the performances are...

In this case , I will choose a Nokia 5300.I wanted to buy it ,but I found a N70.Here”s the 5300ImageIt can be black, blue, what colour you want.

Another good slider will be Nokia 6288.It has a big screen,2 MP Camera, even a second one for video calls,( so it can have 3G)Memory Slot.Image

But if u want a Mobile PC,watch for the Nokia N80 or N95,but these are expensive and in 2-3 years they won”t cost 50% of what u”ve spented on them,so...

Now,is your choice, but untill then,u ought to tell me ur tastes,preferences...those were only some examples...

I don't think I'm going to keep my SLVR, I have to charge it every 2-3 days, when with my old phone, I could go a week without having to charge it, and I'm not even listening to music with it.
