Actually, as far as many others are concerned, those hills have been professionally edited into the screenshot as they have done similarly in previous first screenshots of Carbon, Most Wanted, etc. and will not be that clear in game.

mmmm
Could be friend...but believe that cars detail, lightining, and some textures apart from the hills are not edited lol. So a new gfx card is a MUST for me

Well yeah. Or you could just get the game for a console that isn't portable.

Ya, rly trying to save $ here to get at LEAST a Xbox360 or PS3...don't know yet...but if not, I'm going to mega-upgrade my pc

Pro Street seems to demands a LOT of GFX power :?

Im thinking of giving up upgrading my Pc every year and instead by a console that'll keep me up to date, without having to upgrade it.

I also have a feeling those screen shots are photoshopped :?

i dont think so... you can see raytraced reflections on the bonet of the car, and that cant be reproduced on fly that easy... Raytraced rendering is used in pixar animated movies, such cars and shrek etc... So i still believe they are talking and showing us fiery tales... After carbon, i dont trust any word they say...

Well, that's the problem..Carbon just did the "ilutionary" thing and everyone thinks now that this one is fake as well. But it's understandable...ya...but let's think that this is a new engine...but anyways....WE NEED TO SEE MOVIES IN-GAME...NOT anymore those pics...we need SPEED!!

Assymetrix, what are you talking about? You just contradicted yourself by agreeing with xturbo's statement of wanting in-game videos and saying that you want pictures.

IMO the helmet just indicates that the race is an official one....and not like any illegal race where nobody really cares about safety

all i want is good old nfs... for realistic legal races there is TOCA.
The pro street whould be imo like burnout 3 or something like that... crashing but insane speeds and totally arcade.

I dont know how fun will this realism be... i cant drift easy as i used to, nor i can pull handbrake where ever i want. Not even hit throttle. Man thats gona be one pain in the ass gameplay

@ spuit*11: Well, there's always NFS Most Wanted and NFS Carbon still waiting in store shelves for you right now. EA can't cater perfectly to any crowd, so you can only find the game they've (or anyone else for that matter) made that caters to you best.

Haha, and you wonder why EA lost the license with Ferrari at one point in time.
