Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
The possible list looks nice but I hope it isn't the only list
I did some vinylwork myself lately,
Have to upload pics of the cars I made, but have to say they are pretty popular in the Auctionhouse.

Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
Well if they are popular in the auction house then you must post pics

Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
I will make some inrace screenshots today,
And then post them here.
And then post them here.
Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
Well here is 1 design I made, I have to make picture of the other designs but I keep forgetting to keep 1 in my garage to drive it instead of racing towards the Auctionhouse to sell it
I have made a Toyota Soarer in Toyota Formula 1 style, For both Soarers in the game are (normal and Tom's version)
The other picture is a Ford FocusSport, the desisn is nothing special and I didn't show it because of that, but because if the pic in general
Other cars I made are Seat Cupra GT's
I made 2 versions of it, I will try to make some picture soon.

Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
Thanks,
I will post the Cupra GT's soon.
If you're interested I am going to put 1 on sale at the auctionhouse today again.
The price for the Soarer will most likely be for sale for 50.000 start and a buyout of 100K
Wich isn't very bad cause it isn't a stock car, it is already tuned to B class if I am not mistaken... if not it has atleast for 15.000 worth of parts on it.

Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
Nice screenshot with the Focus Stiggie.
What happened to the Focus in after that ?
How did you make the window-decals ?
How did you make the window-decals ?

Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
The focus suffered some body damage and got back on it's feet. Cars in Forza can't flip over for some reason, no matter what you do to them they can't flip. you can make them fly and all (300kmh head on crash)
The window decal is stock on that car, you can't change or remove it.

Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
Release notes on what we fixed to accompany the release of Auto-Update #2:
* Car and money duping fixed. We're happy to announce that one of our most damaging vulnerabilities, at least in terms of the Auction House and how it's affected painters and the livery scene, is finally getting plugged up. Although I won't go into the technical specifics of how and where we've put a stop to the duping, we hope the fix will allow everyone to enjoy Forza 2 the way it was intended when we launched the game back in May.
* The Lotus Elan is back. Due to popular demand? Maybe. At any rate, we've fixed the classic roadster's performance index glitch that made the car much faster than its PI and class was portraying. You'll be able to once again use the Elan in both multiplayer games and post times to the online scoreboards with this car. Sorry, we still haven't found any real issues with the muscle cars, which brings me to my next bullet...
* The AWD glitch fixed. This was just an unfortunate situation where in order to fix a bug, we introduced another, and if we apologize again that this issue has really plagued the scoreboards since auto-update #1. Anyway, this bug is fixed, as is that other shifting glitch. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, it's probably better that way. I'll talk about scoreboards in a sec.
* A better banhammer has arrived. Taking a cue from Bungie in looking at how they keep troublemakers and undesirables out of their online community, we now have our own game specific tool that will allow me to ban anyone with a Gamertag from interacting with digital objects (i.e., selling/buying/gifting cars and/or transactions with money) in our game. In other words, no more Auction House for those who violate Xbox Live terms of service. Post up racist and/or pornographic cars and your name ends up on my list and the ban is potentially permanent, depending on your case, of course. If we find folks who have discovered new ways to ruin or grief the scoreboards, their times get wiped and we extend the ban beyond just digital objects and they'll no longer be able to play Forza 2 online, period. Anyway, like I said before, this isn't going to affect 99% of you who are playing this game, and if nothing else, we're going to start seeing a much healthier Auction House in the coming weeks.
* A partial scoreboard wipe is coming. That's correct, a partial wipe. As I've stated on the forums previously, this is an area we really want to tread lightly on because from what our number crunching and research tells us, less than 10% of our total user base actually want a total scoreboard wipe. That being said, we didn't want to punish the 90% that use the scoreboards as a means of context to see where they stand with them and their friends, but we recognized that something had to be done for those who also use the scoreboards to see where they stand competitively with the rest of the world. The best compromise we could come up with that doesn't punish the great unwashed but purges our scoreboard of glitched/cheated/bad entries is to do a wipe of the top 1000 time entries across both Time Trials and Hotlaps. And because our scoreboards have roll-up "overall" boards, if we delete someone from one board, they necessarily have to be removed from all boards.
The top 1000 wipe will affect just over 67,000 players with over 50 million scoreboard entries. And because there are so many individual entries to delete, the wipe will take place over a period of probably a week as we incrementally remove players in batches. So why just the top 1000? Again, we wanted to punish as few people as possible, and if someone were to have posted a glitched time beyond the 1000 threshold, well, they probably weren't very competitive to begin with. That said, we definitely recognize that this wipe will punish a lot of legitimate players who posted a lot of legitimate times -- and for that, we are sincerely sorry. Hopefully, you can see this as for the greater good of the community and use the clean(er) slate to re-establish your claim on the scoreboards.

Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
Ok so they fixed some stuff, nice.
But I don't know why they don't see the muscle cars performance as a problem, it's anything but realistic.
If you look at the scoreboard times, in some tracks the Muscle cars rule in every class, and not only on the fast streight tracks like Speedway and New York wich is pretty realistic for Muscle cars to go fast.
But if you look at the Ring, in Class A the old Dodge Charger and a other Muscle car have set the fastest laptimes.
That's not realistic at all! I simply can't imagine a Muscle car doing the Ring in 8 minutes or less.

Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
but! the thing what is confusing is you say its realistic enough for muscle cars but maybe they have the ring track incorrect or sumthing.. Thats prolly why they can do it in 8mins or less... If you get what i mean.
Some pics of todays 25 lap races i did.. & one standard race.. That last picture is a edited version one ive made a interior for it, accidentally saved over the original too. My BMW & evo during races got attacked and span out from cars clipping the side and just kept pushing me onto grass..

Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
I got the game too, I'm driver level 22 or something..
I don't have XBL (wireless connection), so I can't post pics.. Maybe some digital camera screens..
The game rocks btw, the vinyl system is what NFS should have got.. 4000 layers, that's the way! I;ve seen some pretty accurate replica's.

Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
Well you could always just buy the Xbox 360 wireless adaptor... That could help you out.I don't have XBL (wireless connection)

Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
I know... But these things are 70 euro's.. Does only MS adaptors work? Because there are a lot wireless adaptors with USB entry that are much cheaper, but do they work on the 360 as well? I need to get on the inet :p.race_invader wrote:Well you could always just buy the Xbox 360 wireless adaptor... That could help you out.I don't have XBL (wireless connection)
@Stig: Yeah, I've been checking the Real Life Replica's/Race Liveries section once in a while..

FormulaD
Super GT
Really, that's sick! Damn awesome..
If I only had some more money..

Not really.. I bought a nice 2F2F Lancer Evolution by accident.. Didn't really meant to buy it, but I pressed on 'Bid' and I won the car lol.. Now I saved the design, and sold it for a price 40k more than I paid for it rofl. For now, I first want to complete the Career as much as possible, before I really go buy, paint and sell cars.. I'm planning to take my NFS:Carbon creations into Forza and see how they do in the AC.
BTW, just got Burnout Revenge..
Re: Forza Motorsport 2: DLC available!
If you want some cars, I have some cars left I don't use.
Just add my gametag (sniperworks) and contact me.
I already have all cars I only need 1 more achievement and then I got all and that won't take long cause I only have 80.000 credits to go (out of 1000K)
I sell designs constantly (not the last few days though.
