Re: Die Cast
Hotworks Racing is about the only one that make D1 diecast cars.taz947 wrote:Btw,how much is a D1 Die Cast car?I am interested.
They have all the well known cars in scales 1:24th and 1:64th.
Nissan 350z (orc)
Nissan S15 (Kei Office, HKS, Top Secret)
Nissan Skyline ER34 (Blitz)
Mazda RX-7 (Apex, RE-Amemiya)
Toyota AE86 (Sift)
Aoshima produce D1 cars in scale 1:43th.
JadaToys also has some driftcars, but they don't exist in real life.

Re: Die Cast

1:43 Subaru Impreza

I paint it by myself.. so looks bit ugly.. & plain.. I want to add some vinyls.. but no idea..
1:43 VW Corrado...

(wrecked..)
anyone try to add neon in small cars?

looks cool in the dark.. (because only glow in dark..)

Re: Die Cast
I have around 800-900 die cast cars that I've collected over the years.
Mostly the Hotwheels cars, but still they're die cast and in very good condition.

Re: Die Cast
I have a die-cast mobile crane that's about 4-5 ft. tall when erected.
Dunno where I put it, though.
Or how I misplaced it!

Re: Die Cast

Re: Die Cast
I dont think I'd ever spend 80-100 dollars on a car you can't drive. O_O I'd only pay like $5 at the MOST for a model car. =\

Re: Die Cast
I have a huge collection.
500+ 1:64 Hotwheels and about 10 1:18 Jada Toys models.

Re: Die Cast
It doesn't fold up. Not easily, anyway. You have to untie everything, disassemble the booms (which don't actually fit on the truck when it's disassembled)... Yeah, not fun.Glopaticki wrote:How does it look when the crane is packed with the crane section folded up?

Re: Die Cast
How big it is?And with 100 bucks you could buy many Die-Cast cars...t3ice wrote:@ Shu : Haha..i've tried painting a die cast as well..it was a silver corvette, and i painted it silver...its completely wrecked though...

You should buy diecast cars in 1:18th or 1:43th.
You can buy a Ferrari Enzo from Hotwheels between €30 -> €40.
If you go for the Hotwheels Elite version (better quality/details), the price will be around €60 -> €70.
Or if you want the best in 1:18th, you need to look for the Enzo by BBR, prices from €240.

Re: Die Cast
Thanks for the link, mm. Went browsing around through there, and from what I can tell, Auto Art makes some really nice models.
Specifically the NSX JGTC.
