Urquattro, I agree on most of what you said, however there is one flaw with that :- - Take the Tuning comp as it stands now, do you really respectivly consider all the winning cars so far to be 100% perfect to your taste?, well for me some of them are pretty terrible (no offence sorry) - so what this means is if you leave the powers to be to choose the cars first.. then the choosers are those that sets the style of the cars, now if the chooser does not like your design then you out!.. but the public may love it and would of won the comp... you see what I mean, I think that everyone does deserve a chance, publicly or else syle and comps are therfore dictated and therfore its not a true public comp..

All it needs is a more defined voting system. dont know how but still :)

Sorry, I don't agree with you. Quality is better than quantity.

This website has a large enough staff to have different opinions and debate on them, all of them are good car designers and their opinions I think are good enough.

If you noticed, only 20-30% of participants vote. So much for being public, eh?

Downvoting should be banned or sth like that. For instance every time I reach the top 5 some idiot comes and downvotes me  There should be some kind of control over the downvoters, and if there is I haven't seen it yet

well I think Urq is right about the staff.... and I think the staff here are all good car designers and fair voters and all have difirent tastes so there can not be one type of car that always wins....

Bobyx is a alround tuner
GT3 is as we all know the Ricemaster... but in the best possible way
Speak well also a good alrounder
same goes for T-Shine and Super.
as for me....(new mod after the TC) Im a plain car tuner... with sometimes wild Ideas....

and as for the Staff will ofcourse goes the same... can't compete in the challenge but that is... NORMAL

I voted someone's car a three because a bunch of stuff wasn't my taste. But other people I voted ten because I REALLY liked that car they made. So people shiould just deal with it. Some cars I did a nine eight seven or six, because I took points off things I didn't like on certain cars, like vapor wide-body kit on skylike, etc... I hope people don't get mad at me.

In my opnion, a pre-selection like UrQuattro said is good, but with other selection, not taste but quality of pictures, for example only participate who take at least 2 pictures... but is needed to see all car with this 2 pictures... is a start! and users only has possible to vote in 25% or 30% of cars, it will be more people votating cause is easier to gain the wallpapers, and less downvoters cause they downvote don't affect all other cars! AND MAKE VISIBLE USER VOTES, LIKE IN SHOWROOM!
