Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
My gosh. 2.8GHz.. Isn't it a little over too high end? And it's so funny to see such a high requirement for the processor yet so little for the RAM.
And Pentium 4? Almost all desktops are now equipped with Core 2 Duo, and some even quad-core..
I highly doubt this will be the official specs.

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
All NEW desktops have C2D processors. People with 1-2 year old comps want to run the PC version too, though. Otherwise it'll bomb. (See also: Supreme Commander)
Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
They base the specs on older processors as that's easier to compare. Clockspeed doesn't say anything, especially 2.8GHz on a P4, which I consider to be fairly slow.Andre_online wrote:My gosh. 2.8GHz.. Isn't it a little over too high end? If the game requires you to have atleast a 1.6GHz Core Solo, you'll leave many people wondering f their PC is up for the task. Pentium 4s are an easy to compare standard.

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Anyone think an athlon 3200+(socket 939) 2.0Ghz, 2gb ddr440 ram and 6600GT overclocked will work? I really need a dual core processor lol.
If so i can always overclock my card more for more power

it will work but i doubt it you will be able to play it all on high, maybe medium, if not low lmao

On the blueprint demo, when you can choose the different bodykits, it seems that in Pro Street, you will be able to autosculpt the the origional car bodykit, so you don't have to choose a new bodykit, but edit the origional car.

I think they should have had that in Carbon. That Carrera GT really looked wierd in both Carbon and MW.
Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
I have watched the trailers over and over again and can't stop thinking how awsome the carsounds are.
Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
The Hungarian NFS Site (http://tcm.mconline.hu/) posted 3 pictures about the latest PS Video:
>>> http://tcm.mconline.hu/index.php?drawtopic=9724
You should check it out (don't need to understand the text, the pictures are the important). There is a Pagani Zonda on them.. Weeks ago a fake Zonda picture was published, wordwidely, but this is real. If you dont believe, watch the source video:
http://www.gametrailers.com/player/26560.html
After the babe in red top and the Viper, it is there, behind the GTO.

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
It's not as bad as you'd imagine. But there're only 2 modes available for play.
