I've played the game for a total of about 6 hours now. Up to league 4(got the acheivments for League Legends BTW) and have half a mil, because I spend too much cash on cars, and sell them 'cause I dont like them. But I have found it's definately not worth buying right now. Considering if I rented it out for a week, played it non stop, I would have it finished.

i agree with race_invader, the gameplay is pretty cool, i don't find nothing wrong with it since i usually play arcade racing games, it feels like nfs, well not better then it but good...

Most people I know that played the demo complained about the handling, but as you drive more, your DNA evolves, and it all becomes better.

@Lan.Evo.III: well said.. :)
----

I'll explain more why i enjoy it. It's handling is fun and can also be difficult so really i don't know what im in for, which is fun. The car customization is sweet since you can customize what you want with at least 3 things available or more on any part. Betting is also fun since you can lower bets and gain DNA skill which tops it off and the AI even set bets. Tuning is great since it has different levels and it can impact on what you do also handling and speed.

Imo the only thing i don't like much is the character customization, since there isn't much clothing and such but then again its all about the cars etc.

Say what you will about the handling, but the drifts feel more arcadey than NFS Carbon, and that was arcadey enough!

Yeah, I dont see how drifting at 150km/h, not crashing, but continuisly drifting around a track, even going uphill and not slowing down is real.

Ok, I'll wait till someone can confirm it's different or the same as the X360 version, or else I seen no reason for downloading.

Ill download just for fun.. :) also i really wanna see the graphics what it will be like, might be crap imo but thats just my graphics card...

Edit: Actually.. The requirements has my graphics card listed so i think it might turn out great. Nvidia 7600GS 8)

Edit2: Once i saw the Xbox 360 buttons on the screen i just rolled my eyes, THQ must be lazy since they just used the same files from Xbox 360 and chucked some settings for graphics and controls in. Although must say that the cars turned out good even on low settings, then when i notched it up with high settings etc mostly on graphics not performance and changed the resolution still looked alright. If this game becomes hacked etc and people create cars or tracks or edit textures ill buy it on PC later on off ebay. :)

i must say, what the heck is wrong with the drift mode!? #-o

has good graphics(for he 10years old kids)
car physics are really odd
why do we have the changed console demo, with those buttons?

i'll be playing a bit later, when i'll arrive from work ... odd game.

i really dont like the fact i cannot choose my gamepad for the controls... forced to drive with keys :?

going to get the game though :)

EDIT: w00t.. pulled off a 2.4mil drift in the drift king event

EDIT2: short drift clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yY3cobAxHsI

Is it just me or is the drifting weird? I mean normal circuit race i can maintain a steady slide but in the drift the cars are very jerky, i guess u only need to tap the directional button and not apply a constant acceleration, but thats put me off it so, it looks like pro street is for me.
