NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
The demo is cool.
Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
when is the demo coming out for the pc????? waited for hours.....
Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Ok, apparently the PC demo has been released. I went to http://www.needforspeed.com and on the side, when the picture of the GT-R pops up, it says "Download the Need for Speed ProStreet demo now"...but no matter how much I click it, it doesn't redirect me.
.....and I'm hoping they don't mean the Xbox360 demo....

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
i've got a question:
When i looked at the System specs, i saw i could run PS, until i looked at the CPU: it's a minimum 2.8ghz, while i got Intel P4 2.6ghz.
Can i run PS? i mean, the rest of the specs is no problem:
Required I've got
512 mb RAM 1024mb RAM
Radeon 9500 or higher 9600 tx
8.1 gb Free space enough.....

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Is that real then I don't mind downloading the demo. Why waste 10 hours when after some days the full game comes out. I prefer waiting to buy it.blah2 wrote:Mine is 2.4 , and no it doesn't matter.

Re: NFS Pro Street: Official Discussion Thread
Today i played the PS3 demo so here is a quick review, first of all, lets just say Damage ! Damage ! Damage !
That was the best part honestly, BUT only in the Grip race, the damage of the M3 in the speed challenge wasnt as detailed as the damage in the Grip race.
In the Grip race, the damage appears on almost every part of the car, and its very convincing, unlike the damage in the speed challenge, with only like parts falling off the car.
Difficuly, a little bit too easy, but EA already stated that the demo difficulty was turned down and in the final game you can make it more harder.
Graphics, worst part of the demo, it looks almost identical to the X360 demo but with HDR turned off or something.
cars aint shiny and they look pale as well.
Smoke looked great, same as in the 360 version, but have anyone noticed that in the Speed Challenge, no smoke comes out from the tires when pushing the throttle ? weird !
Thats it, good demo after all, but my guess that this would be the least version in high def graphics this year, hopefully the PC demo will look as good as the 360.
