If you're looking for reliability, you'd probably want to go for the Supra; have heard many times that RX-7s and Wankels in general having reliability issues.

The FD3S is rarer and usually go for around 10K+ but it depends whether its NA or FI. The Twin Turbo ones are rarer and known for blowing up after a cartain amount of time.
The Supra is rare and are usually followed by a big price tag maybe 30K+ for a Twin Turbo one. Reliability wise the supra is way better and the stock bottom end can take about 700hp before needed to be built up.
In my opinion the JZA80 is the better choice

But yes, the Supra is definitely the better pick out of those two.
The Mazda is lighter and handles better, but the Supra is certainly not sloppy at all, and can easily overcome its extra weight with the massive amount of power it can (potentially) produce.
Personally I wouldn't buy an RX7 just because of the rotary.
Apex seals = fail (quite literally)

700hp?! isn't that a bit too much, without changing the engine block? R34 supports 600hp from it's stock engine block.

yea a guy in the new Import Tuner has a 680hp Supra with stock internals. and the 1000hp bolt on kit is a 3.4L Stroker and bigger turbos http://www.suprastore.com

I was just browsing through some videos when I saw a video on a Murceilango LP640 (which amazingly went up to 219MPH), and I followed up the links, and I came upon this video. Apparently this happenened LA, and this socializing event happens weekly. One by one, the Lambos just kept on coming! Like, HOLY CRAP!! Man.. I wish I could be there.
How many were there? Try counting 'em. Just don't drool on your keyboard while doing so.
P.S: This dude who's taping the video was sitting in a Murceilango LP640.
