With all the committee members' votes in, I'm proud to present you the final winners of the TuningChallenge competition!

1st place: speedy seco's Nissan Skyline GT-R

speedy seco will receive a Logitech MOMO Racing Wheel

2nd place: gXa's Nissan 350Z

gXa will receive a Logitech MX510 Performance Optical Mouse

3rd place: UrQuattro's Mitsubishi Eclipse
4th place: RedXIII's Honda Civic Si Coupe
5th place: Summ's Toyota Celica

The members of the committee were: Jon Long (EA's NFS Community representative), Elvis Pozek (Izid d.o.o., Logitech Representative in Slovenia), GT (NFSUnlimited), Kon (NFSCars), Rob (ND4SPDWorld) and Shocker (NFS Planet).

A little sum up of the TuningChallenge competition
TC got a total of 2841 entries, the most for day 20 (Nissan Skyline - 188) and the least for day 3 (Peugeot 206 - 105). We received a total of over 98.000 user votes and over 20.000 guest votes. For comparison: the Showroom has received 18.000 votes in the last 6 months. The pages of TC got over 470.000 hits, without counting the image enlargement pages.

Special Thanks
I'd like to thank Logitech and their Slovenia representative office, especially Mr. Elvis Pozek for providing us with the prizes.
Thanks also goes to GT3x24x7 for starting the whole Showroom competitions thing, without him I'd never have thought up of TC.
Thanks to UrQuattro for designing the TC logos and to Sp3ak and Morty for posing for the official TC pic (the two cars).

Final statement
It's been a nice competition, thanks to everyone for entering and for bearing with us when we had that terrible downtime.

Waow ! Congrats to the winners ! I'm just a bit surprised of the place of the orange civic (there were a lot of simple cars in TC), but it's nice.

i`d like to congrat RedXIII, Summ and especially UrQ (hey i`ll always be your cars fan no matter what, and most of those who put together cars in NFSU have a lot to learn from you)
congratulations to all those who entered cars in every competiton (i know what that means - i got to credit me too somehow

)
and finally GJ to me :p 6th out of 2841 is not that bad

im just dissapointed because i didnt spend enough time trying to create a nice car. i usually do but this time i didnt, i think because i was just to excited for it to start so i rushed. oh well, at least there will be a 2nd tc, but my question is, WHEN????

A very surprising winner, congratulations nevertheless!
I've tried but the car wasn't good enough - I won the user selection and I appriciate that most because to please all the fans is never easy and I think I did that.

So now it's time to finally say goodbye to NFSU. It's been fun, but time to move on. May be see you all in TC 2 and good luck with modding.

Please take a look at speedy seco's Skyline!
On the Mainpic he uses RED Neon on the first ingame he use WHITE Neon...

so...
different neons = same car
...or...
different neons = different car
?

well... i would say this is a rule brake

While I'm at it, I want to thank the moderators for TC. It's been great, and you've done an awesome job with this

My cars didn't do too great, but I got one in the semi (weeeeee

), and I managed to submit a car for each day, so I'm pretty happy

.

I'm looking forward to NFSU2 and the TC2, I just hope I get enough time to vote for everyone (this time I quit around the 240SX).

yes the TC2 will be for Underground 2.

what else there is in store before UG2 we don't know.... maybe GT is still cookin something... who knows....

so can't say more that that....
