I think there's something wrong with this page.

It says there's a new post made by weedman, in this thread, but when I click on the button that takes you to the newest post, I just get redirected to the first page.

Righto, so this was just brought to my attention - more people whining about violence/sex in video games aimed at kids, which - granted - is more or less true; the lowest rating the game received being 12+ in the U.K. Though the game is undoubtedly violent, the main concern this article talks about is the sex contained in the game. I was skeptical - however - never having heard anything of the sort, beforehand. So I strolled on over to the Wiki, and decided to have a look around. Didn't take me too long to find that the game had been temporarily banned in Singapore "...due to scenes of an alien and a human woman caressing." [GamePartisan Article] The ban was later lifted, however, and the rating was changed to 18+. Thanks to a friend, I was able to view the alleged 'sex scene' (though the clip is not immensely offensive, nor is it at all revealing, it is suggestive, so proceed at your own discretion), first hand. I think most of you can agree that this isn't any worse than what can be viewed during prime-time T.V. ...And that's it. That's the most sexually-oriented part of the game I could find. Now, if you had bothered to read the article by Kevin McCullough, you'd have seen that he made accusations of being able to "...sodomize whatever, whoever, however, the game player wishes," which is, from what I can tell, complete and utter bullshiznit.

Since they're making such a huge deal in the article, I figured that couldn't be the worst scene. So I searched a little more and found this. Shows a little more, but still that article is exaggerating WAY too much...

MacBook Air... the thinnest notebook in the world. Hmm. call me crazy, but I'd rather go for the normal MacBook instead of that. It's a little tad too expensive for an 80GB hard drive notebook.

If I were a businessman that laptop would really come in handy. The fact of me not having to carry another bag just for a laptop? That's very convenient.

Hopefully what I'll be getting soon, while this will put the R31 on hold, is a HP DV2633TX for school. Although before I do I want some different opinions...

And about the HP, they're great for entertainment (movies, music, etc) but you might want to consider other laptops for schooling purposes.
