i think that they should create a game with a better engine, like the one Crysis has...

They should make about 10 different computer modes, co that you could pick what setting you could run it on...

Yes, like I said before, it would be good if they could post-pone the next 3 games and concentrate on putting all the good points of previous games into 1, ultimate game. Then, i would be happy to pay $100 to get it...

What? ProStreet runs fine on a comp I use for it, max settings, same as that except with less CPU power.
 MAX? What resolution though? I run it on medium. There's something wrong with my PC I think... Test Drive unlimited runs like a dog too... however, FEAR and Crysis run perfectly.

But I did say next NFS game... look at carbon vs. PS... Carbon- Max, PS med... next game low?
TDU runs fine for me. What the heck?

And, yes, pretty much on max, except with World Shadows turned down to low, as well as World FX. resolution is 1280x1024, as far as I know.

And, btw, did anyone read my post with my ideas? (probably not, but I just want to see how many people did, out of curiousity. lol)

um, aren't we supposed to be talking about the new game, not just Prostreet?

If you could pick 3 NFS games to combine into one, and pick 2 points from each, which ones would you pick?

If they make the next game almost EXACTLY like Most Wanted, I'll love it. I'm not even a big racing game fan, but I've never had more fun playing a game than when I played MW. The adrenaline rush of finishing a race then having to elude the cops, then you start facing Vets and choppers... it's awesome.

And they need to just put an even amount of Tuners, Exotics, and Muscle Cars ('68 charger!) in the game. They can't put a whole bunch of one type and just a couple of something else. But make the dang muscle cars handle better. I swear, they don't handle THAT bad. Modern technology can be applied to old cars too, and they are. There's aftermarket suspension systems, sway bars, shocks, etc... that can GREATLY improve your car's handling. I bought Carbon just cuz it had a 69 charger in it (getting tired of the 69's, they need to put in a 68. Dodge sold more 68's than 69's anyway) but I hated playing with it cuz it felt like I was driving a f'in semi truck. It just sucked.

So yeah, make it like MW and I'll be happy.

i hope its most wanted 2. that was a great game. a little too easy though. hot pursuit 2 was probably the most fun with all the hilarious cop crashes!

Do you have a reading comprehension problem, Jackass?

Where did I state that modern technology can make a 40 year old musclecar handle as well as an elise? I said it can greatly improve a car's handling, not put it on par with the greatest handling cars on the planet.

saying that a old muscle car should handle good shows how much you know in a game were simulation is the whole point...

Shows how many brain cells your little head can hold..."Jackass"

You're freakin' dense.

Please point out the part of my post where I said a 40 year old musclecar should handle "Good". GO ahead, shiznit, have at it.

"Better" doesn't mean "on par with an elise" (f'in moron) or even "Good".

I guess all that technology over the past 40 years can't be applied to a 40 year old car to improve it's performance. Nowhere did I say it should handle "Good" or "on par with an elise", just ... better. Is that too much for your little brain to comprehend?

Do me a favor, go f*cking kill yourself you f*cking prick.

Yeah Most Wanted 2 would be awesome, if they updated some of the features from ProStreet and put them in it...

yes for most wanted 2. still my pick for best nfs game ever with prostreet just behind on 2nd because of all the different physics (grip, drag, speed, drift.. all different physics, eg i couldnt even rev past 1krpm without smoking the wheels in drift mode with a stock car which is lame.) having said that most wanted wasn't perfect either with the drag race mode being my least favorite part of the game (pre-scripted traffic = very annoying, lane guides = lame) but apart from that everything else was pretty good, same physics all round and still managing to drift isn't bad at all.

I liked the arcade feel of previous games. The Prostreet engine is kind of in between simulation and arcade. If you want simulation + modification, get Forza 2.

Most wanted 2 would be good, but how would they incorporate damage into police chases?

..what would give you an idea like that?

I think another MW themed game would be cool... it may be the long lack of cops before it, but there was a serious rush the first time I played that game, that I just haven't had since... I don't think EA should go back to rice, like Underground, and most cars in U2 was, I'd prefer more slightly modded cars. Mainly sleepers, but hey, it's NFS... everyone goes crazy with their cars! :P

Yep, the MW game had a definate 'touch' to it, a feeling that just wasn't in any other games.

They should completely change the exterior parts. The bodykits are just plain old, and some of them are utterly shocking pieces of crap that nobody ever gets...

The best thing about MW was the SPEED of the customization. Although I agree that the new visual mods can looks a lot better, some people just want a quick way to make their car look hot!

They should have 2 modes of customization. 1) the current Prostreet one, with a bit more ease-of-use, and 2) the one from Most Wanted, where you just pick a vinyl, and it goes where it's meant to go.

I don't wanna customise a old mazda just give me a standard speedy ferrari or somthing!!

with not one city but tracks all over the world!!
no free roam and please, please no tuning anymore just police chases! #-o

Maybe if you didn't give up on the series, you'd realize they've already done one of those, and it's near impossible to have cops with a closed world, since CCR is LEGAL.

I think a NFS game that was modeled after Midnight Club 3 would be OK, but still keeping the bodykits, autosculpt etc.
