-is considered to be art (Could be important... like in some sort of museum, of art, that isn't ancient or classic.)

Fiat are the only major maunfacturer from Turin, so it's got to be some kind of Fiat.

Yep, that's correct. The Pininfarina designed and part manufactured, Cisitalia 202. (not the same as koenigsegg's car)

New pic - car is in motion, that explains the motion blur, don't start guessing that it's a Mitsu Evo, because it's not, it might look like it. It's not japanese.
