I've scored 94 points of 100 at this semester's first exam at Romanian. I'm kinda pissed of, cause if I would have scored 95, it could be approximated to 100.

Let me explain you. If you have 9,5 it's approximated to 10. But the real mark is 9,5.
The real results count for getting into high-school.

Well. i've finally ended my studies in the university, so i'm now a professional with 23 years old, a full translater and also I've got my first real job, in an exclusive hotel. If everything is going as I want, i'll be heading to USA to work, that would be a great thing.

Then why not use it that way?

If any school system can support a decimal system I think it's better than rounding and getting stuff wrong. I mean the same thing can apply to GPA. The valedictorian at my school this year has a GPA of 4.136 and if they did a rounding job she'd end up with a GPA of just 4 so....yeah actually applying the decimal system would be better.
