Well heres my astra coupe from when i got it to how it is now and what i want to do with it
just after i got it



standard bay

after the suspension went on

now the wheels



and the bay after a tidy up and a closed carbon airbox

and the grile

next up, want a dblias inlet manifold but after seeing the price i think im gonna try and fab up a new one to replace the horrible power sapping variable tract on thats on ther just now, want some GAZ adjustables to replace the koni's and quite fancy getting it live mapped and some cams in there, should be looking at the thick end of 180bhp then

2.0, right? 180bhp might require some creative work with the throttle body.

Nah its the 1.8 Z18XE smallblock, apprently theyre good for 230bhp but are supposed to be to peaky at this sort of tune(kinda like driving a civic type R)and i dont wanna have to thrash a car to get it to fly

230bhp with individual throttle bodies, maybe. For the most part, getting 100+bhp/l on an engine without forced induction requires either very extensive head and bottom end work, or individual throttle bodies, or both.

In general I do like the car and what you done to it, but can't say I like the grill, or the lack of it.
But then the Vauxhall grill is not the best looking eighter, personally prefer the Opel over the Vauxhall grill on most cars.

Hence why im setting my sights on 180bhpish, but id be happy with 160. and yeah id prefer the irmscher grille but i aint paying 80 quid just for a grille quite want the grille thats just the vauxhall grille without the badge

The height looks right now, but you need spacers or something Gotta fill those wings.

was actually fancying the D1's . anyways this cars coming off the road for winter to have a light rebuild and a pep up engine wise even tho its only done 22,000 miles i want more power , heres its winter replacement in all its purple glory


plans for that are a turbo, matt black, 60mm+ drop, and some wide steel wheels ooooooh and a dixie horn

Don't tell me you really want to change something on that car, or do anything with the car except drive it till the end of winter and then get rid of it.
Cause those gen vectras are bloody ugly.

Altough i did buy new tyres for it but thats a must drove it properly for the first time today to work o dear god its like trying to corner a fully loaded supertanker with a hole in the hull some chopped srings should dort that and the handbrake doesnt work going backwards o well for £100 you cant complain

looking at selling this now cos i wanna spend more money on the escort, looking at replacing it with one of the following

last gen prelude 2.2vti 4ws (the ones with the tiptronic gearbox)
1st gen supra 3.0 turbo
civic coupe VTI
or possibly a nice bmw 840ci

from a fiesta RS turbo mate, just a little garrett T2 think they max out at 7psi and this ones got knackered oil seals anyway
