Interesting.

Anyways,I need your advice again,guys.
I need a candy-bar phone, just to replace my old f***ed-up N70. I was thinking into a Nokia E51,just because of its "business" features and Wi-Fi.
But what other phone, can you name?

Try the N73.

Or the iPhone XD. I take it that touchscreen phones fit into the candy bar category?

After over 1 year of use I came to the conclusion that it N73 isn't a very good phone.
Sure it does look nice, it got a pretty big screen and several functions.

But in all honesty it isn't that good:
- It's slow, not just slow but annoyingly slow!
- it lacks some basic functions, like automatic keypad lock.... why Nokia why?
- Had software problems with it (crashes, semi crashes (some stuff worked and others didn't)
- It's slow (or did I already mention that?)

For work I now use a Nokia 6300 and even tough it has alot less, it's so much nicer to use.
It's fast, when I start it up, within a second the PIN code entry is availeble, compare that to the almost 1 minute wait time on the N73.

Meh, I quit on candy bar phones. Slider phones with QWERTY keyboard FTW. (AT&T Tilt / HTC Kaiser)

Sigh, as much as I agree with your points, I still think it's a pretty amazing phone, compared to what is available around here. I've had mine for just over a year and the main frustrations are:
- slow
- random crashes (dare I say, worse than Vista for sure!)

Nonetheless, I have 3 years warranty on it and I still plan on keeping it for at least 5 years. Maybe since this is my first phone ever, I don't really have anything to compare it against so I don't mind the bugs that much. Plus, you Europeans always take your fancy gadgets for granted when we get last year's garbage here. :P

I've got the iPhone.

And yeah, the N73 is quite slow,my cousin had one. It's actually slower than my N70.

And a QWERTY keyboard will be great, since I rather text-message/e-mail than call.

LE: I looked into a Blackberry 8310 Global and the Nokia E71.

Nice.

And btw,did anybody try the iPhone/iPhone headphones(I think they're the same)?
Those just can't stay in my ear.
And I've read that I'm not the only one who hates these headphones. And 'cause of the stupid headphone jack the iPhone has,I can't connect my favorite ones.
Do you guys know which headphones actually do fit in the iPhone jack? :?

Whelp, I want an iPhone now...

More info about the Dynolicious application here.

And a comparison with an actual Dynojet and V-Box here. Not bad for 13 bucks. If only the iPhone was affordable... :(
