Holy crap dude, how did you find a video of your car by someone you don't know... better question... why did you let someone you don't know tape your car?
Still, that's awesome.

Have fun! We spent the weekend before I left for Germany fitting the Type-2 intercooler to my friends S13. Angle grinder - a - plenty.

Have you installed those yet? I mean a week has already passed or are you still admiring the shiny new parts?

Re: Texhnolith's 1998 Nissan Silvia S14a (200sx) SR20DET
Hehe sadly not yet. I had to aquire a few more parts before I could start.
And I work on workdays obviously and durring the evening it gets dark to quickly to work on the car.
Since I work during the week I dont want to attempt doing stuff on the car as I need it to get to work. If something goes wrong and I cant finish up the same day I dont have any transportation to work.
Bought a new smaller battery, else the piping for my intercooler wont fit. But the poles on the battery are smaller then the previous one so i need to come up with something to fit them anyways. Also had to go out and buy a couple 3" gaskets for the decat. plus the normal nuts and bolts.
Hope to get some stuff done next weekend.

is the battery staying in front or you mounting it in the rear. I hope you got either an Optima or Braille Auto battery since they are very good for imports

Staying in the front, dont see the use in moving it to the back.
I got a Varta A14 40Ah battery, quite good.

I have a stupid question, isn't the wheel on a 200SX supposed to be on the right-hand side? (facing from the rear)

Yeah, that's my point... so really you could still drive a 200 model here in the states like a normal car. (AKA, not needing your world license, or whatever it is...)
BTW: Where are the picks of that awesome intercooler?!?!

Hm... it doesn't quite match the front bumper now.
Oh well, it's hard to make a 240/200 look not-sexy.

I have ordered two new rear tyres as my Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 are close to being slicks. Not too nice for the wintery weathers to come.
Hopefully they will arive quicly as i still got to run them in for about 500km.

New grill looks good definite improvement. Wow, not only do American S-series cars get the short end of the stick by only getting the KA engine, but they also get worse-looking bumpers

The power meters aren't very accurate, not compared to a proper dyno and GPS monitor. That is unless it is one of the GPS monitored ones, which are very very good.

Re: Texhnolith's 1998 Nissan Silvia S14a (200sx) SR20DET
hehe thanks.
Im currently waiting for a custom dashboard part im having made
looks very similar to this one:
Once that is done im getting all the gauges installed aswell as the powermeter and boostcontroler.
Also still waiting for a new cat replacement to arrive. the one i got turned out to be 40mm too short.
Also waiting for Horsham Developments to release their new Stage 1a chip. the 1a has the advantage over the Stage 1 mapping as it is optimized to run with an Front mounted intercooler. the Stage 1 map is original made to run without an FMIC.
So its all taking some more time then i wanted but cant do much about it but wait for the parts to arrive i need
