Z32, its undoubtedly a better looking car, its a turbo, and its faster. Also, the aftermarket support available for it at the moment is much larger.

me Myself i would tune a 300zx mostly because of the body work

Anyway, I like the 350Z...sorry, I have to say I think it's more aggressive looking with the right styling, and I like the "chubbiness" of it. Although the 300Z is MUCH sleeker and looks lower, I think...but all that can be achieved by a lowering kit and the right ground effects.
So yeah, 350Z for me. ^^
