In my motherboard CMOS there a option called M.I.B.in this feature there are 3 options 1.standard 2.turbo 3.extreme
when i select extreme option and save the cmos it shutdowns and reboots the system

Then the game plays great and smoothly ................THERE IS ANY PROBLEM USING THE FEATURE

THE nfs prostreet plays smoothly in windows xp.....
But in windows vista the game playback is not so smooth as windows xp

MIB sounds like an overclocking feature. Generally, overclocking is safe provided you have adequate cooling since the components tend to run hotter when overclocked. This usually means stock cooling is a bad idea when overclocking.

As you see above image for processor i am using a cooler master cpu fan for cooling my cpu.....
And for ventillation i am using 2 cabinet 60mm fans
thats enough for cooling my system dude............
I am not overcooling my cpu it is defaultly overclocked by MIB

Yeah, but "it overclocked" whether you did it or your MB does it for you. As long as your ambient temperature stays reasonable then you should be fine.
