nfsps apex glide's dragon vinyl???

i have been looking everywhere for the apex glide dragon (i havent beaten ryo yet!) and i cant find it anywhere if you have it, please tell me how to unlock it. thanks

You can only get the logo I think.

Sadly you cant get it.. Basicay because it doesnt exist, not as a vinyl at least. The Graffix you see on ryo wannabe's car is basicaly like 1 big vinyl ,it doesnt consist out of individual layers. Its like the cars "paintjob" Theres a briliant guy in here that explains how you can edit it on ryo's car once you have his car,but thats the only way you will have it,on ryo's car. Although folowing the directions in his thread,you can remove ( or actualy hide ryo's name on the car,makin it more3 personal.
