Did you leave it in the towels? Normally once it cools down the damaged connection will break again, thus RROD.

When my first 360 RRoD, the towel trick worked for about 20 minutes. The second 360 that failed, the towel trick worked for about a week. If you get lucky enough, like my roommate, it can last for up to a month.

I’m sure things will start to pick up. Shift looks to be the best NFS game in many years (I think it looks awesome).
Though Undercover nailed the coffin for most NFS fans… and I too no longer trust EA.
