Heads up Display

Is there any way to Alter or Modify the HUD in Shift????

The reason I am asking is Because I want to either

Make the lower left hand corner Minimap Brighter or more Opaque or both to make it easier to read in ALL hud Modes.

Thanks in advance for any help you folks can provide
