Another milestone, today I began looking at the online (PS3) leaderboards seriously and started hosting some time trials at various tracks to see what was possible. From my previous online racing I already had some reasonable times in the charts, but today's efforts have brought a lot more of them into the top ten.

The milestone? Securing the #1 time at Ebisu Circuit South - 0:26.760 with Zonda R. \o/

Just got Platinum badge for corner mastery at American tracks(Glendale west had to be conquered with my starter S2000)

Mastered the Karussel and reached 50 Driver LVL, got above 1100 stars(my own made up milestone, since max star count is 1124 ... im quite close to the thing, right?), did a clean drift run(no spin outs etc, just pure drift like its supposed to be on a wheel.)

Ergh, yeah I started trying to get all platinum too, but gave up trying for the dirty overtakes. Also I didn't bother with online drift and got too sick of being crashed off the track to continue with the driver duels one. All the rest are platinum tho, so meh, good enough. Good luck with yours though!

how are you getting them so fast, even though im 50 lvl already, i'd like to know...i mean, in time when i get 50 lvl you get basically 8 times as much points...

I've only been dabbling in Shift so far (gone back to playing Fallout 3) but I've just managed my first ever sub-7.30 around the ring. 7.29 in a Stage 3 everything R8, on keyboard too!

PC breaks down right before i can try out the new dlc cars: done
can't seem to get those last few stars, usually its "Clean lap" or "Spin out opponents".

Clean laps are easy enough, just let the AI head off into the distance and run a careful lap by yourself. You don't need to win to get the star.
