NFS Undercover is Totally Screwed Up

I just bought this game and its looks nothing like the trailer and screenshots that you see on any of the sites.

All the graphics look exactly like the first NFS HOT PURSUIT actually worse.









I can't resize the screen.
I can't select any of the races even though I have an all access cheat because there is no cursor to select them.



I know its not my video card [ATI Radeon 4650] because I have NFS CARBON,NFSMW & NFS Underground loaded on the same machine and these games are older than UnderCover but they look and play flawlessly.

Put it to you this way,the PC version of DRIVER works on my machine and the graphics looks better than this.

My PC is a HP P6102F running Win7 64bit with 8 Gigs of ram.

How can I get this game to work on my system ?
